	Formerly Sesshu Hatsuyuki's slave. Currently Kirino Issei's slave. Works at the tea house. Struck up a conversation based on a shared love for poetry. Started off as acquaintances, but there is potential for more. Nea bought her a new journal to write in instead of having to use the chalk board all the time, and has been trying to get to know the beautiful red-head better. They've since been seen together frequently, as the human is very, very fond of the vampire; Dulcinea is also quite taken with the girl, but has made no move other than doting, admiring, and giving gifts. → Akahana \| red_flowers \| Human.

	Dante's Childe. Since the death of Dante, Dulcinea has played a huge role in Thomas's new Unlife, guiding him in the vampiric ways. She has come to think of him as a dear friend, each filling a hole left behind from significant deaths (hers being the loss of Travis). They are most recently business partners, she helping the quickly collapsing Sudore. Dulcinea has also begun to see him in another light, finding herself falling for him. As such, she is both possessive and protective of Thomas. Was his date for the Inauguration Ball for the leadership changes in the Sanguine. 	Has been an old friend since about the time of her arrival. She thoroughly enjoys his company, for superficial and thoughtful reasons alike (i.e. she finds him to be beautiful, but also an elegant conversationalist). 	Former fuck-buddies, Dulcinea was a once a regular of his at the Karyukai tea house. They both had an appreciation for the others beauty. Furthermore, Theo reminded Dulcinea of Tsubasa and it was the main reason she kept him nearby. Missing. → Theodore Ketsuki Danshiyo \| Vampire.
	A Dalmation Appaloosa and one of her star runners at Il Cavallo Fortunato, under the name 'Spackled-tacular'. Friends before he took on the job, she was more than willing to provide him with a steady income, knowing his family's history and trusting him early on to be both loyal and reliable. He proved willing to give the audience a show almost every race and was also good company outside of work. Though the two flirt, it is often only out of playful banter or to pass the time. The two have never been romantically involved, much as Heath teases her by offering sex out of gratitude. She does, however, have him accompany her to any and all events related towards the track or racing. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing together, it's a business move, a publicity show. When Nea caught Heath sneaking off to brothel at The Luxor (and having sex with Drew Worthington), she was displeased at first and they bickered briefly. Employee. 	Dulcinea has taken the orphan under her wing, so to speak. He looks up to her as a motherly figure but at the same time is hopelessly attracted to her, resulting in bouts of flirting. She is fiercely protective of the pup and dotes on him often.
